본 개인정보처리방침은 "더 러닝" 모바일/웹 앱(이하 "앱")에 적용됩니다. 앱은 개발자(이하 "서비스 제공자")가 무료로 제공하며, "있는 그대로(AS IS)" 방식으로 사용됩니다.
ENThis privacy policy applies to the "The Running" (더 러닝) mobile/web app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by the developer (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service, intended for use "AS IS".
1. 정보 수집 및 이용 / Information Collection and Use
KO앱은 다운로드 및 사용 시 다음과 같은 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다:
- 기기의 인터넷 프로토콜 주소(IP 주소)
- 방문한 앱 페이지, 방문 시간 및 날짜, 페이지에 머문 시간
- 앱 사용 시간
- 모바일 기기에서 사용하는 운영체제
앱은 모바일 기기의 정확한 위치 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
앱은 사용자의 데이터를 처리하거나 기능을 제공하기 위해 인공지능(AI) 기술을 사용하지 않습니다.
서비스 제공자는 사용자에게 중요한 정보, 필수 공지 및 마케팅 안내 등을 전달하기 위해 제공된 정보를 사용해 연락할 수 있습니다.
앱을 더 나은 환경으로 사용하기 위해, 서비스 제공자는 사용자에게 다음과 같은 개인 식별 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다:
- 사용자 ID(Username)
- 운동 정보: 평균 속도, 운동 시간, 운동 거리, 실내/실외 구분, 날짜
서비스 제공자가 요청한 정보는 본 방침에 따라 보관·사용됩니다.
ENThe Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
- The pages of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, the Service Provider may request the following personally identifiable information:
- User ID (Username)
- Workout information: average speed, duration, distance, indoor/outdoor type, date
The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
2. Health Connect / Apple Health 데이터 / Health Connect & Apple Health Data
KO앱은 사용자의 명시적인 요청에 따라 Android의 Health Connect 또는 iOS의 Apple HealthKit에 저장된 달리기 운동 데이터를 읽어올 수 있습니다. 이 기능은 사용자가 앱의 "헬스 불러오기" 버튼을 직접 눌렀을 때만 작동합니다.
접근하는 권한 / Permissions Used
android.permission.health.READ_EXERCISE— 달리기 운동 세션 조회 (시작·종료 시간, 운동 유형: RUNNING, RUNNING_TREADMILL)android.permission.health.READ_DISTANCE— 운동 세션의 거리 데이터 조회 (미터 단위)
앱은 위 두 권한 외의 어떤 Health Connect 권한도 요청하지 않으며, 걸음 수, 칼로리, 심박수, 경로, 수면, 체중, 영양 등 그 밖의 건강 데이터는 조회·수집·저장하지 않습니다. (관련 권한은 AndroidManifest에서 명시적으로 제거됨)
수집하는 데이터 / Data Accessed
- 달리기 또는 러닝머신 운동 세션의 시작·종료 시간 및 지속 시간
- 해당 세션의 거리(미터, 앱에서 km로 변환)
- 운동 유형 (RUNNING / RUNNING_TREADMILL)
- 데이터 출처 이름 (예: "Samsung Health")
사용 목적 / How the Data is Used
- 사용자가 선택한 날짜의 달리기 세션을 화면에 표시
- 사용자가 평균 속도, 거리, 시간, 실내/실외를 검토·편집한 뒤 자신의 앱 기록으로 저장
- 이 데이터는 앱의 다른 어떤 기능(광고, 분석, 외부 공유 등)에도 사용되지 않습니다
저장 및 처리 / Storage & Processing
- 사용자가 "기록에 추가" 버튼을 눌러 명시적으로 승인하기 전까지는 어떤 Health 데이터도 앱에 저장되지 않습니다
- 승인 후에는 기기 로컬 저장소(localStorage) 및 사용자 본인의 클라우드 계정(Cloudflare Workers KV)에만 저장됩니다
- 제3자에게 공유되지 않으며, 광고·분석·머신러닝 학습 등의 목적으로 사용되지 않습니다
삭제 방법 / Deletion
- 앱 내 설정 → 계정 삭제로 모든 데이터를 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다
- 또는 웹페이지 https://colabear-runtracker.pages.dev/delete-account 에서 직접 삭제 요청 가능
- Health Connect 또는 Apple Health 자체에 저장된 데이터는 해당 앱(삼성 헬스, Health Connect, Apple Health)에서 직접 관리해 주세요
The Application can read your running workout data stored in Android Health Connect or iOS Apple HealthKit only when you explicitly tap the "Import from Health" button inside the app.
Permissions Used
android.permission.health.READ_EXERCISE— read running workout sessions (start/end time, type)android.permission.health.READ_DISTANCE— read distance data of those sessions
No other Health Connect permissions are requested. The Application does not access steps, calories, heart rate, route, sleep, weight, nutrition, or any other health data. (Other permissions are explicitly removed in the AndroidManifest.)
Data Accessed
- Start/end time and duration of running or treadmill sessions
- Distance for those sessions (in meters, converted to km in the app)
- Workout type (RUNNING / RUNNING_TREADMILL only)
- Data source name (e.g., "Samsung Health")
How the Data is Used
- To show you running sessions for the date you selected
- To pre-fill the entry form so you can review and edit speed, distance, duration, and indoor/outdoor before saving as your own running record
- This data is not used for any other purpose (no advertising, analytics, or external sharing)
Storage & Processing
- No health data is saved to the app until you explicitly tap "Add to records"
- Once saved, it is stored in your device's local storage and (if signed in) your own cloud account on Cloudflare Workers KV
- It is never shared with any third party, and never used for advertising, analytics, or machine-learning training
Deletion
- Delete all your data in-app via Settings → Delete Account
- Or request deletion at https://colabear-runtracker.pages.dev/delete-account
- Data stored in Health Connect or Apple Health itself must be managed in those source apps (Samsung Health, Health Connect, Apple Health)
3. 제3자 접근 / Third Party Access
KO앱과 서비스 개선을 위해 집계되고 익명화된 데이터만 외부 서비스로 주기적으로 전송될 수 있습니다. 서비스 제공자는 본 방침에 명시된 방식으로만 정보를 제3자와 공유할 수 있습니다.
서비스 제공자는 다음과 같은 경우 사용자 제공 및 자동 수집 정보를 공개할 수 있습니다:
- 법적 절차(예: 소환장 등)를 준수하기 위해 법률에서 요구하는 경우
- 자신의 권리 보호, 사용자 또는 타인의 안전 보호, 사기 조사, 정부 요청 응답을 위해 공개가 필요하다고 신뢰할 수 있는 경우
- 서비스 제공자를 대신해 작업하는 신뢰할 수 있는 서비스 제공업체와 공유하는 경우 (이들은 공개된 정보를 독자적으로 사용하지 않으며 본 방침의 규칙을 준수해야 합니다)
앱이 사용하는 인프라:
- Cloudflare Pages & Workers KV — 정적 호스팅 및 사용자 데이터 저장 (계정 정보, 달리기 기록)
- Google Health Connect / Apple HealthKit — 사용자의 운동 데이터 조회 (사용자 명시적 승인 시)
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and their service. Information may be shared with third parties only in the ways described in this privacy statement.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Infrastructure used by the Application:
- Cloudflare Pages & Workers KV — static hosting and user data storage (account info, running records)
- Google Health Connect / Apple HealthKit — read access to your workout data, only with your explicit consent
4. 거부 권리 / Opt-Out Rights
KO앱을 삭제하면 앱에 의한 모든 정보 수집을 중단할 수 있습니다. 기기 또는 앱 마켓플레이스의 표준 모바일 앱 삭제 절차를 사용하시면 됩니다.
Health Connect 권한은 언제든지 시스템 설정 → Health Connect 앱에서 취소할 수 있습니다.
ENYou can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. Standard mobile device uninstall processes are available through your device or app marketplace.
Health Connect permissions can be revoked at any time via your system Settings → Health Connect.
5. 데이터 보관 정책 / Data Retention Policy
KO서비스 제공자는 사용자가 앱을 사용하는 동안과 그 이후 합리적인 기간 동안 사용자 제공 데이터를 보관합니다. 앱을 통해 제공한 사용자 데이터의 삭제를 원하시면 다음 방법 중 하나를 사용해 주세요:
- 앱 내 설정 → 계정 삭제 — 즉시 처리, 보존 기간 없음
- 웹페이지 https://colabear-runtracker.pages.dev/delete-account 에서 셀프서비스 삭제
- 이메일 sangin84@gmail.com 으로 문의 — 합리적인 기간 내에 응답
세션 토큰은 마지막 활동으로부터 180일 후 자동으로 만료됩니다(슬라이딩 갱신).
ENThe Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To delete your User Provided Data:
- Use Settings → Delete Account in the app — processed immediately, no retention period
- Self-service deletion at https://colabear-runtracker.pages.dev/delete-account
- Or email sangin84@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time
Session tokens automatically expire 180 days after your last activity (sliding renewal).
6. 아동 / Children
KO서비스 제공자는 13세 미만 아동으로부터 데이터를 의도적으로 수집하거나 마케팅을 하지 않습니다.
서비스 제공자는 아동으로부터 개인 식별 정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 모든 아동에게 앱 또는 서비스를 통해 개인 식별 정보를 제출하지 말 것을 권장합니다. 부모 및 법적 보호자는 자녀의 인터넷 사용을 모니터링하고, 자녀가 부모의 허락 없이 개인 식별 정보를 제공하지 않도록 본 정책을 시행하는 것을 권장합니다. 만약 아동이 서비스 제공자에게 개인 식별 정보를 제공했다고 판단되면, sangin84@gmail.com 으로 연락 주시면 필요한 조치를 취하겠습니다.
해당 국가에서 개인 식별 정보 처리에 동의하려면 최소 16세 이상이어야 합니다(일부 국가에서는 부모 또는 보호자가 사용자를 대신해 동의할 수 있음).
ENThe Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (sangin84@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
7. 보안 / Security
KO서비스 제공자는 사용자 정보의 기밀성 보호에 관심을 기울이고 있습니다. 서비스 제공자는 처리·유지하는 정보를 보호하기 위해 물리적, 전자적, 절차적 보호 장치를 제공합니다.
- 비밀번호는 평문으로 저장되지 않으며, PBKDF2 해싱(10만 회 반복) + 무작위 salt로 저장됩니다
- 인증 토큰은 UUID 기반이며 KV TTL(180일)을 통해 자동 만료됩니다
- 모든 통신은 HTTPS(TLS)로 암호화됩니다
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
- Passwords are never stored in plaintext — they are hashed with PBKDF2 (100,000 iterations) using a random salt
- Authentication tokens are UUIDs and auto-expire via KV TTL (180 days)
- All communication is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS)
8. 변경사항 / Changes
KO본 개인정보처리방침은 어떠한 이유로든 수시로 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 서비스 제공자는 본 페이지를 새로운 개인정보처리방침으로 업데이트하여 변경 사항을 알려드립니다. 변경 사항이 있는지 정기적으로 확인하시기 바라며, 계속 사용하는 것은 모든 변경 사항을 승인한 것으로 간주됩니다.
ENThis Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
9. 동의 / Your Consent
KO앱을 사용함으로써 사용자는 본 개인정보처리방침에 명시된 정보 처리 및 향후 수정에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
ENBy using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
